Comments about Suncast No-Crank 100 ft. Enclosed Hose Reel:
This is my second hose reel by Suncast. First unit developed an internal water leak in year two. (Out of warranty.) Water never stopped running. Second unit works as advertised but is hard to unwind hose and makes a clanking noise when rewinding. Made sure no foreign materials in internal gearing.
Unit works as advertised and looks nice in garden. My wife loves the ease of use!

Comments about Suncast No-Crank 100 ft. Enclosed Hose Reel:
The water-powered rewind motor needs more power. The unit does not have enough power to rewind the hose all by itself. I found I had to assist in feeding the hose to the unit as it was rewinding, otherwise it just stalled.

Comments about Suncast No-Crank 100 ft. Enclosed Hose Reel:
A wonderful product because it makes watering so easy. The smaller profile is perfect to hide behind shrubs in the front garden.
