Manufacturer Warranty
Hoses and reels have a warranty limit of 2-5 years, all other products have no limited warranty upon the day of purchase, except for inclement weather conditions that may effect certain outdoor products. Suncast Corporation are willing to do replacement parts on items that may be fading, missing, or doesn't seem right with product.

We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. I own two of these - the first one was great. I bought it two years ago and it still works great. The second one which I just received is too hard to pull the hose out of. I live near the manufacturer and they will, of course, take it back to repair.

Suncast has done a nice job with this hose reel, however because the hose connector hook up inside the housing sticks out so far that hose does not wind smoothly at initial set up and makes unreeling the hose difficult. I don't know why can't Suncast recess the hose connector so the hose winds smoothly.
