We love our fountain. Very low maintenance. Doesn't splash like our old one did. Smooth flow of water. My grankids float boats and have fun in the water. We find it very relaxing to sit on the deck and read and have the water sound. Very nice.

This is a cute fountain. The price was right for what I wanted. It is self contained so I could put it anywhere in my yard (that could reach a plug) I didn't need to install anything special to make it work. Once I figured out the directions for the pump it was easy to assemble. It is lightweight. All of it is molded plastic so it does have seems on the barrel and the pump. Overall, I think it is great- perfect running water sound, light weight, and easy maintnance.
Service and delivery comments:
I was concerned when the box arrived. It was dammaged and looked like it was a returned item that was taped up and sent out again. There was a giant hole in the box and I was worried that parts may have slipped out since it was not in original bag type packaging. But after giving it a try all the pieces were there and everything worked.

The fountain enhances our mobile home entry outside by the steps. To sit on the porch at evening time and listen to the flowing, delightful and soothing sound of the falling water, makes the end of an exhausting day serene. Flowers are growing well in the plant spaces adding to the calming effect. The price is superb.

I purchased this because of the glowing review, low price, free shipping and pictures. When I received it, I was very disappointed. It is scuffed, dark brown, thin plastic (think old garbage can). It did not remotely resemble wood, and the variance in color contrast was very minimal. It did not come with photo instructions, was missing a bolt, and was cumbersome to put together. Once set up, the "pond" area is very shallow (about 5 inches) and the motor sits in there rumbling and vibrating loudly off the plastic. I could BARELY hear the tiny water flow. I could not wait to return it and would highly recommend spending more for something of higher quality.[...]

I wanted a waterfall in our new landscaping. My husband said no way. So we compromised on this fountain. The price was great. It was easy set up. (Once I figured out the directions.) It looks so realistic. My landscaper was very impressed. I love listening to the sound it makes when I walk in and out of my house. Just make sure leaves or debris don't block the drain holes in the barrel or you will end up with it overflowing.

Delivery was very prompt. I kept waiting for my email confirmation it was shipped, but received it before the email. Customer service was great. I didn't want to miss out on the sale price or the free shipping but was going out of town before the deadline. Customer service sent me an email to guarantee the price and free shipping for a date when I returned.
